Available Dogs

Working Prospects

When we sell dogs we prefer to have them available already showing the necessary traits required for Law Enforcement work. We do not typically sell working quality puppies as we prefer to know their upbringing in order to be confident in their working ability. All of these dogs spend a significant amount of time training in new environments and around other dogs, livestock, and new people. Any prospect that has been raised here has spent miles in the vehicle for road trips, has slept in multiple different kennels, buildings, houses and places, and they are well adjusted to change and new challenges. We can tell you a lot about them, their personalities, the good, and the bad because we are hands on with them every day from the start. We utilize puppy raising protocols which help to challenge them with age appropriate work throughout their first year, we also set up problem solving with them to better understand how they individually work best. All of this is in addition to a start on tracking, bitework, obedience, and environmental exposure which is needed for a working dog. Though there are times we don't have dogs available, we typically have up and coming prospects working through the program that may be listed below as unavailable until they are old enough.

Photos will be posted soon for the current up and coming dogs including Alice, Ruth, Mabel, Felix, Price, Rust & Ace.

Future litters may be posted as they are planned also, but a little reminder that generally prospect puppies stay for a minimum of 12 months and are not sold as young dogs.

Alice is from the 2022 litter and is a repeat of the successful 2020 litter which has 6/10 pups working in LE. There are high hopes for this repeat litter, and so far they are looking very promising. This litter is raised as they all are, born in the house and raised on puppy culture protocols. They are exposed to kids, other dogs, horses, chickens, new people places and things all the time to create a well rounded dog. Alice is not yet available, she is currently in the working prospect program and will be available for a spring 2024 placement.

Mabel is from the 2022 litter and is a repeat of the successful 2020 litter which has 6/10 pups working in LE. There are high hopes for this repeat litter, and so far they are looking very promising. This litter is raised as they all are, born in the house and raised on puppy culture protocols. They are exposed to kids, other dogs, horses, chickens, new people places and things all the time to create a well rounded dog. Mabel is not yet available, and looks like she will remain with us as a future breeding female.

Ruth is from the 2022 litter and is a repeat of the successful 2020 litter which has 6/10 pups working in LE. There are high hopes for this repeat litter, and so far they are looking very promising. This litter is raised as they all are, born in the house and raised on puppy culture protocols. They are exposed to kids, other dogs, horses, chickens, new people places and things all the time to create a well rounded dog. Ruth is not yet available, she is currently in the working prospect program and may be available in the future.

Felix is a solid black male long coat German Shepherd born at Aim October of 2022. He is a month younger than the mals, and has been raised just like them. He's also had the opportunity to do visits at the childrens hospitals at Christmas time, and is very social. He was born hunting and has never stopped, being raised with the mals he can also hold his own with the girls. He is a really ambitious dog who has grown into a searching machine, he will be available in the summer of 2024 for a working placement.

Rust was imported from Serbia as a young pup in the fall of 2022 and is currently showing a lot of promise. She is smart, quick, and loves to hunt and bite. Rust is currently working through the prospect program will be available for a summer 2024 placement.

The universe said "let there be prospects!!" And in September 2023 we had a litter of 10 pups, 8 males and 2 females. This is a dual sired litter, with 9 pups sharing the same sire as our previous two litters, and 1 puppy with a dutch shepherd sire.

Because this is our third litter of this pairing we do have fairly high expectations and will be  hanging onto the majority of the pups to raise through our prospect program.

We love to share the experience of raising many malinois, so feel free to find us on Instagram under aimcanine to follow along.
